    How to Reset Your Set-Top Box

    1. Turn off your TV using the remote control.

    2. Turn off the power switch on the back of the set-top box. Wait five seconds, then turn it back on.

    3. If your model doesn't have a power switch, unplug the power cord. Wait five seconds, then plug it back in.

    4. The set-top box is reset when the power indicator light blinks and then stays lit.
