LG Monitor - No video, blurred screen/audio, or flashing screen occurs when PC and monitor are connected with a mini display port cable.

■ Symptom
  - No video, audio/video noise, or flashing video occurs when PC and monitor are connected with M ini DisplayPort cable.

■ Checkpoint

  - Use M ini DisplayPort cable provided with the product to connect PC and monitor.

  - Check whether label saying Real 4k x 2k is attached to Mini DisplayPort cable.

■ How to fix

  - Signal frequency is high for Model 31MU97, a high definition (4K) model, therefore audio and video output may not be complete
    when a general cable is used to connect PC and monitor .

    Please use Real 4k x 2k labeled Mini DisplayPort cable for connection.
