Why water from water dispenser has bad smell and taste?

  Symptom

·          Water from water dispenser has bad smell and taste.

  Cause

·          The water dispenser filter is dirty and customer did not change for long time.

  How to fix

1.     It should be replaced in the period between 3 month to 6 month as the duration of each filter is 6 month and it starts counting down when the customer change it when it reaches ZERO so replace it.

2.     But if you feel bad taste or low flow of water you need to change it.

3.     Open the filter opposite clock direction to take it off.

4.     Put small plastic plate to contain the dropping water.

5.     Assemble the new filter well to use water.
