Try this.
1Open the Home Bar and look for the "Moving Basket" label.
If it says "Moving Basket," you can adjust the basket up or down as needed.
2Before adjusting the Moving Basket, remove any food items to allow for easy movement.
Items like beverage bottles can interfere with the basket's movement and prevent it from locking into place.
3For refrigerators with the freezer on the bottom, lift the Moving Basket by holding the center.
For French-door refrigerators, support the bottom center of the basket with your hand and lift it upwards.
Position the basket at your desired height.
4To lower the basket, press the levers on the upper sides of the basket and move it downwards to your desired position.
Note: The lever location and shape are different on F878** models.
For French-door refrigerators, support the basket with your palm and simultaneously press the levers on both lower sides upwards, then lower the basket.
5After positioning the basket, ensure it is level.
If one side of the Moving Basket is not locked and is sagging, lift the sagging side by hand until you hear a click.
