Why is food not heated?

  Symptom

             1.  Food is not heated.

  Checkpoint

            1. Applicable model: MP948GT / Built in Lightwave oven:   MZ-945TL & All microwave ovens

  How to fix 

         For a Microwave

            1. Check for obstacles on   a cooking tray, a wheel, and a plastic drive bushing.

                → If the glass tray cannot rotate, food cannot be heated thoroughly.

           2 . Make sure the glass tray is place in the right position.

            3. Open and close the door 2-3 times with force.

        For a lightwaves oven

             1.   Clean oven floor with a towel.

             2.  Place a glass tray in the right position.

             3.  Open and close a door 2-3 times with force .
