  Symptom

             1. Hot air is blown out at bottom of the oven/microwave during cooking.

  Checkpoint

             1. Applicable model : All lightwave ovens  (QR model : MA921MBS / MA921MBN / MA921NWS / MA921NBS )

                                                   All microwaves

  Front exhaust

             1. Exhaust from lightwave ovens/microwaves are blown out from the bottom.  Location may differ by model.

                 Please do not be concerned as this is not a defective.
