Are dusts not completely removed?

? Open the dust bin cover to remove hanging foreign objects.

Depending on the environment of use or the amount of dusts, the dust bin might not be fully emptied.

1. First, separate the vacuum cleaner from the dust emptying charging station and check if there are foreign objects hanging out of the dust bin.

2. If there are hanging foreign objects, then open the dust bin cover to remove them and then close the dust bin cover.

3. Before using the dust emptying charging station, press the simple emptying system lever for the vacuum cleaner 2 or 3 times to empty the dust bin more effectively.

Cleaning the large dust separator.

1. Open the dust bin cover of the vacuum cleaner and use the gap nozzle to separate the large dust separator.

2. Using the provided cleaning brush, shake off foreign objects stuck in the large dust separator and wash it in water at least once a month.

3. If washed with water, then completely dry it in a shade with good air ventilation.

Does the product have a bad smell?

? Replace the dust bin.

Since dusts are collected in the dust bag for disposal, if you do not replace the dust bag for a long time or depending on the environment of use, the dust bag might smell bad.
For cleanness and better performance, you are recommended to replace the dust bag once every one or two month.

How to replace dust bags.

1. Open the both doors and open the door to the dust bag box.

2. Press the dust bag separation button to make the dust bag go down. After that, pull it out and discard it.
When the dust bag is separated downward, dust will not fall out because the entrance of dust bag is closed until you pull it out.

3. Reinsert the new dust bag and push it upward until you hear the clicking sounds.

Does it still smell after replacing the dust bag?

? Clean the motor protection filter and the exhaust filter.

There can be remaining smells in the filter inside the dust emptying charging station.

How to clean the motor protection filter and the exhaust filter.

1. Open the both doors and open the door to the dust bag box.
There are two types of filters - motor protection filter and exhaust filter.

2. Grab the bottom of the product and take out the motor protection filter.

3. Grab the exhaust filter handle to take out the exhaust filter at the most bottom.

4. Shake off dusts from the filter and if the dust emptying performance is degraded, then use water to wash it approximately once every 3 month.

5. If washed with water, then completely dry it in a shade with good air ventilation before use.

Are dusts flying behind the vacuum cleaner?

? To make sure there is no dust flying around the vacuum cleaner, keep clean the surroundings of the charging station.

There is exhaust wind coming out of the exhaust hole at the rear of the vacuum cleaner, dusts on the floor near it can fly away.
Winds from the high performance exhaust filter do not contain any fine particles.
Rest assured as it is not a product defect.
