Let's find out more.
This can occur if too much detergent is used or if moisture causes the detergent to harden in the
dispenser.
Since detergent is in powder form, it can clump together if left in a humid environment for too long, and these
clumps may remain after operation. Old detergent may not perform as expected.
Additionally, placing large dishes in the front of the lower rack can prevent the detergent dispenser lid from
opening.
Try this.
Arrange large dishes towards the back (inside) and refer to the user manual to add the appropriate amount of detergent.
? Using the correct amount of detergent ensures optimal cleaning performance.
1. Add the appropriate amount of detergent for one wash into the detergent dispenser inside the lid and close it
completely until you hear a 'click'.
The amount of detergent used may vary depending on the level of soiling on the dishes. Add 5-10g more detergent based on the soiling level. (Excluding the Sterilization Drying cycle)
