Error Code CH04 (FL) – Portable Air Conditioner
Description:
The CH04 (FL) error indicates a "Full Level" error in the portable air conditioner, related to the water tank reaching its maximum capacity.
Cause:
Condensed water is typically evaporated under normal conditions. However, if the ambient temperature and humidity are high, the amount of condensed water may exceed the rate of evaporation, causing the tank to fill up and trigger this error.
Solution:
To resolve this, simply open the drain hole to release the accumulated condensed water.
This error is not indicative of a system failure, so there's no need to be concerned.
If the error repeats:
If the CH04 (FL) error occurs multiple times under normal temperature and humidity conditions, it is recommended to have a service technician inspect the air conditioner for any underlying issues.
Try this.
Draining condensed water
? Drain condensed water through the drain port on the bottom of the product. (See the user’s manual.)
1. Turn the product off, and unplug the power cord.
2. Place a water dispenser of sufficient size under the drain port of condensed water, and open the cork of the drain port.
3. Once condensed water is drained, fully close the cork of the drain port.
Caution
If the product is excessively inclined, condensed water may overflow from the air conditioner.
Transporting the product without draining condensed water may cause shock, fire or damage to properties.
