Causes and Symptoms
- Since the target temperature is set high, there is no cold wind coming out.
If the target temperature is set high, then the outdoor unit will not operate, thus it might be possible that no cold wind will come out.

Checking the setting condition of the product
? Check the target temperature of the air conditioner.
Set the general cooling mode and the target temperature of 18℃(66.4℉), and operate it for more than 30 minutes and Check if the coldness.
? You can change the target temperature by using the Temperature Control button on the remote control.
- Press the Temp Up button once → 1℃(32℉) increment / long press → keeps incrementing by 1℃(32℉).
- Press the Temp Down button once → 1℃(32℉) decrement / long press → keeps decrementing by 1℃(32℉).
