    I want to connect TV to wireless network


    Symptom


    Please check the following when connecting smart TV to wireless network.

    - If AP is installed or wireless network is in operation

    - If TV is equipped with Wi-Fi function

    ※ For some models, wireless dongle (AN-WF100) connection is needed.  

    - If wired LAN cable is connected, it is a priority. If additional wireless network is needed, extra connection work is required.


     How to fix
        

    - 2011 ~ 2013 smart TV

    Smart → Setting→ Network → Network connection → Start to connect



         


    - After 2014 smart TV


    Home → Setting → Advanced setting → Network → Wi-Fi network
