    Chicken breasts, cut into Cubes 4EA
    natural yogurt 1cup
    ground cumin 1tbsp
    garam masala powder 1tbsp
    ground coriander 1tsp
    ground turmeric 1tsp
    red chilli powder 1tbsp
    lemon Juice 1cup
    cloves garlic, finely chopped 8EA
    1 inch grated ginger, finely chopped 1EA
    red food color 1/4tsp
    Lemon 1EA

    1. Mix the spices, coloring, lemon juice, ginger and garlic up into a paste with a little water.
    2. Stir in well with the yogurt to make a tandoori marinade.
    3. Marinate the chicken in the marinade for 2-3 hours.
