Download updated software to fix the UAC issue

Dear LG Customers:

LG was made aware of an issue of the UAC (User Account Control) in Windows 7 (and above) automatically deactivating when specific bundled software for certain LG monitors is installed.

Now we have made the updated software available on our website to resolve the issue

For alternative solution, you can also resolve this issue simply by changing setting option.

  1. Please access Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts > Change User Account Control settings

  2. Change notification option : Select three of the four options with exception of “Never Notify”
