We removed the set top box power button on 2021 Magic Remote.
For this reason the different buttons need to be pressed to turn on the set-top box.
How to turn on the set top box from LG Magic Remote
“If you are still not able to turn on the set top box even after clicking ‘YES” to the message “Do you want to turn on your set top box?”, you will see ‘No signal’ message floating on the screen.
When this happens, press ‘More Action’ button from the remote control.
Then you will see a screen like this. Click ‘Power’ from the screen to turn on the set top box.
Caution!
You should point the remote control at the set top box and click ‘Power’ from the screen.
