- Drawers may be hard to open or close if food or other debris is stuck between them.
- The drawers may be misaligned on the rails.
- If the protective vinyl film hasn't been removed after purchase, the drawers may be noisy or hard to open and close.
- In rare cases, damaged rails can make drawers hard to open and close.
Try this.
- Remove the drawer and check for and remove any sticky food or debris on the drawer rails and the inside of the drawer.
- If the rails appear misaligned, try reinstalling them.
- If the protective vinyl film hasn't been removed after purchase, it may cause noise when opening and closing the drawers. This is normal.
- If the rails are damaged and cannot be reinstalled properly, contact a service technician.
