Benefits begin immediately upon purchase and the membership is valid for one year on a subscription basis. MyLG Ownership Program are automatically renewed every year using your selected payment method. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime before the renewal date via My Page or by contacting customer service.

You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not used any benefits such as free accessories, repair services, or reward points. If benefits have been used, refunds may be limited. If the program is canceled after the 30-day window, a refund will not be issued, but auto-renewal will be deactivated.
