My AC suddenly turns off. Why?
Symptom
Power > Turns off suddenly during use
Cause
Poor ventilation can interrupt heat discharge and weaken cooling performance.
(Overheated outdoor unit)
How to fix
- If the outer unit is installed in a closed place, the motor may be overheated leading a sudden stop.
- Please avoid installing the outdoor unit where it is affected by other outer units to prevent malfunction.
Place the unit at 45 angle from other units to avoid heat discharged from them.
